Build a telescope

Telescopes (or spyglasses) were invented to see objects in the distance more closely. The original designs have since been modified and expanded to allow people to explore further and further into our universe. In this unit, students take a hands-on approach to learning about the evolution of the telescope and how this helped to advance scientific knowledge.
