Solve bigger problems using addition facts

Throughout this unit students will practice solving a series of addition equations with the assistance of place value equipment and then use their knowledge of tens to solve a tens or double digit equation. Students will also have the chance to use their knowledge of tens and solve a word problem, grouping colouring pencils into tens.
